Avocado dinner




Properly balanced and planned diet involves reduced taking carbohydrate during the second part of the day. This means that your dinner should be rich in protein and good fats. 

For this reason, we give you an unusual idea that has certainly not tried. It is a baked avocado with eggs. 

Ingredients: 

- 1 medium size avocado (not very hard), 

- 2 small eggs, 

- A bit of smoked bacon, 

- A little pepper and sea salt, 

- Bits of tomato (optional), 

- An integral piece of toast. 


Preparation: 

Heat the oven to 220 º C. 

Halve the avocados in half and remove the stone. If it is necessary to remove a small avocado care in order to whole egg. 

Pour the eggs in each half, and sprinkle with crushed pepper and sea salt.

Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 min (judge for yourself). 

When done sprinkle with chopped bacon on top. 

Eat with integrated toast.
